First things first

The first step in developing a customised solution for your organisation is for us to understand the current situation and future business goals. We do that mainly through a series of conversations with you.

We are also interested in learning about any current challenges, and solutions that the business may have tried already and what level of success was achieved.

The IT Policy Framework Discovery process is a collaborative one. To be effective, it requires us to ask good questions and for you to share as much relevant information as you can.

Discovery sessions are a powerful first step in building a strong working relationship. Should both parties be in agreement to proceed, a unique instance of Policy Management as a Service can be created for your organisation, and we can move into the consulting phase.
